Our purpose is to bring hope to life by enabling life-changing therapies for patients around the globe, creating a healthier and happier tomorrow. Our mission is to work side by side with our customers in order to improve patients’ lives by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market.

At AGC Biologics in Søborg, manufacturing is where scientific innovation becomes real treatments for patients around the world. Our production teams play a critical role in ensuring biologic medicines are produced safely, reliably, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Production Technician, you will be part of the team that brings these medicines from process to patient. Working in a structured GMP environment, you will operate production equipment, support batch execution, and help ensure our manufacturing processes run efficiently and according to established procedures. The role offers hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across production and science while continuously developing your technical skills in a modern biopharmaceutical facility.

A Hands-On Role at the Center of Production

  • Your work will be closely connected to the daily execution of manufacturing activities. You will prepare equipment for production, support batch execution, and ensure that production documentation is completed accurately.
  • Daily activities may include equipment setup, cleaning activities such as manual cleaning or CIP, sampling for analysis, and monitoring equipment performance. You will perform quality checks and ensure that all production activities follow approved procedures and documentation standards.
  • Collaboration is an important part of the role. You will work closely with colleagues across shifts, participate in daily board meetings and shift handovers, and help maintain clear communication across the production organization. When operational challenges arise, you contribute to resolving them together with the team and escalate issues when necessary.
  • You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and well-organized production environment by supporting continuous improvement initiatives, applying 5S principles, and participating in safety and GEMBA walks on the shop floor.

A Team That Supports Learning and Collaboration

You will join a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability are part of everyday work. Production technicians support one another across shifts, and learning is an ongoing part of the role.

You will take responsibility for your own training and development and, when qualified, support the onboarding and training of new colleagues. Our production teams also work closely with operational scientists and other technical specialists, creating an environment where manufacturing experience and scientific expertise come together to solve complex challenges.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • You enjoy working in a structured and quality-focused environment and take pride in performing tasks accurately and according to procedures.
  • You have experience from manufacturing or technical production environments, ideally involving equipment operation, process monitoring, or documentation.
  • Experience from GMP-regulated environments or the biopharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
  • You likely have a background as a process operator, process technologist, or similar technical role, and you are curious about how production equipment and processes work.
  • You collaborate easily with colleagues, communicate clearly, and stay structured even when production timelines are tight. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
