About the job

You will be a part of our production area, which consists of three production lines that produce preclinical, clinical, and commercial products for a wide variety of different clients across borders. The team consists of dedicated technicians and academics with a high level of professionalism who all work with several partners, e.g. QA, QC, PLE, PE, and Manufacturing Product Support.

As a technician in Downstream, you will be responsible for planning and performing different steps in the production process of protein purification.

Your work will include:

• Execute daily production including batch documentation and daily reviews
• Help onboarding and training of new technicians and colleagues and responsible for own learning and training.
• Demonstrate behavior that conforms to the code of conduct of AGC
• Always work towards being in compliance (Trackwise etc.)
• Always follow GMP, MPR, Procedures etc.
• Come with continuous improvement ideas and have an active role in implementation.
• Can participate in and help plan daily production.
• Can help solve problems in connection with production and other ad hoc tasks.
• Can work independently in solving different tasks for both production and ad hoc tasks.

About you
We imagine that you:

• You preferably have educaton of Process Oerator/Process Technology/Industri Operator.
• Preferably have +2 year of experience from the biopharmaceutical industry and have worked in a cGMP environment.
• Advantage to have experience with protein purification with help from chromatography using Äkta Ready or Process.
• Interested in equipment maintenance and instruments.
• Is good at collaborating and communicating constructively.
• Can talk, read, and understand English.

The work will be on Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts according to the shift plan, and overtime during peak periods will occur.
