Student Assistant: Power BI & Project Data (Project Management Support team)

Your Role as a Student Assistant: 

This is more than just a job; it's a hands-on learning experience. We'll provide full training and guidance to help you succeed. As our Student Assistant, you will: 

  • Learn to be a Power BI Champion: Under the guidance of our team, you'll get to build, refine, and maintain key reports. This is your chance to sharpen your Power BI skills on real business challenges and see the impact of your work. 

  • Develop Your Analytical Skills: You’ll learn the ropes of professional data management by helping with our monthly KPI reporting and ensuring our project data is accurate and reliable. 

  • Gain Experience with Collaboration Tools: You'll help keep our SharePoint information site updated, learning how large teams manage and share information effectively. 

  • See the Bigger Picture (Person in Plant): This isn't a typical desk job. You'll get a rare opportunity for a student to see our operations up close by escorting customers on site visits, giving you a 360-degree view of our business. 
     

This Student Role is Perfect for You If: 

  • You are a  current bachelor’s student in Engineering, International Business, IT, or a relevant related field. 

  • You have a genuine passion for data, analytics, and visualization. 

  • You are eager to learn, self-driven, and not afraid to ask questions. 

  • You're looking for a flexible role that understands your student schedule, including classes and exams. 

  • You have a keen interest in the Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power BI), SharePoint, and other modern IT applications (Microsoft based). 

  • You are a great communicator in English and bring a positive, can-do attitude. 
     

Practicalities for Our Student Assistant: 

  • Position: This is a paid, part-time student assistant position. 

  • Working Hours:  8-15 hours per week. We offer flexibility to work around your academic commitments.
