Job Title: Process Operator Intern – Biopharmaceutical production

The Opportunity

Are you a hands-on learner eager to step into the world of advanced manufacturing?
If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our dynamic production team in AGC Biologics, as we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Operator Intern.

This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, learn from industry experts, and understand the core processes that drive our success.
You will play an active role in our daily operations, contributing to the safe and efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to operate and monitor production equipment under the guidance of experienced operators, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to all plant safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Help with basic troubleshooting of machinery and processes to identify issues and assist the maintenance team in resolving them to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation, tracking key performance indicators and process parameters.
  • Collaborate with team members and other supporting groups to support continuous improvement initiatives and plant projects.

Who You Are

  • You are currently enrolled in a pharmaceutical production technician or a related technical diploma program at a recognized college or institute.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work.
  • You have a proactive and safety-first mindset, always prioritizing a secure work environment.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills, able to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • You are willing to work in a plant environment and adapt to a flexible schedule if required.
