Our purpose is to bring hope to life by enabling life-changing therapies for patients around the globe, creating a healthier and happier tomorrow. Our mission is to work side by side with our customers in order to improve patients’ lives by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market.

At AGC Biologics, every step in our process matters. The final step matters most.

As part of our Filling Team, you will help ensure that the biologics we produce reach patients safely, reliably, and at the highest quality. This is where precision, responsibility, and teamwork come together.

You will join a small and highly dedicated team of five technicians responsible for the final production steps before products are frozen, stored, and prepared for delivery. The work requires focus, collaboration, and pride in doing things right the first time.

If you enjoy working in a hands-on GMP environment where quality and teamwork are essential, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your technical expertise while contributing to something meaningful.

A Critical Role in the Final Production Step

In this role you will work with bulk filling operations in Grade A cleanroom environments, ensuring that every batch meets strict quality and regulatory requirements.

You will plan and execute filling activities, prepare equipment and materials, and ensure that production records and documentation are completed correctly. The role also involves managing storage of filled API, including freezer handling and duty phone coverage.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Warehouse, helping solve issues and continuously improve the way we work.

Your work directly contributes to ensuring that our products leave the facility ready for safe delivery to patients worldwide.

A Small Team with High Accountability

You will become part of a close-knit team that values knowledge sharing, accountability, and collaboration. The team works together to ensure smooth production and support each other when challenges arise.

Our environment is pragmatic and supportive – people help each other succeed, and ideas for improving processes are welcomed.

Because the filling process is the final step in production, flexibility is important. While most work takes place during regular daytime hours, there may occasionally be a need to support evening or weekend work to ensure production timelines are met.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Experience with the following will be valuable:

  • Working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production
  • Cleanroom environments such as Grade A or B
  • Bulk filling operations or similar aseptic processes
  • Careful documentation and attention to detail
  • Communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Remaining calm, structured, and focused even under tight production timelines
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
