As a Commercial Domain & Enterprise Architect,

You will be responsible for architecting end‑to‑end commercial domain and enterprise‑level solutions that support a seamless migration from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. Your typical day will involve engaging with commercial business stakeholders to understand their process, data, and capability requirements; translating these needs into scalable architecture frameworks; and mapping commercial domain processes to Vault CRM capabilities.

You will define target-state commercial architecture, rationalize the application and integration landscape, ensure alignment to enterprise standards, and guide the adoption of Vault CRM as a strategic commercial platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial processes, data flows, and technical components operate cohesively and deliver business value at scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME in Commercial Life Sciences business processes across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Events, Territory/Alignment, and multichannel engagement.

Collaborate and guide cross-functional teams including Product, Integration, Data, MDM, Reporting, and Business to ensure commercial architecture cohesion.

Own architectural decisions across the commercial domain and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, governance, and long‑term technology strategy.

Engage extensively with global, regional, and local teams to identify business requirements, define domain models, and shape the target‑state architecture for Vault CRM adoption.

Provide scalable, cross-team architectural solutions, ensuring domain models, business process flows, and integrations are consistent across all markets and functions.

Facilitate workshops and architectural discussions to drive alignment on commercial capabilities, process harmonization, and enterprise platform design.

Define end‑to‑end capability maps, domain blueprints, and process architectures aligned to Vault CRM’s modernized object model and commercial feature set.

Ensure architectural integrity across integrations, data models, reporting structures, and security models as part of the migration to Vault CRM.

Mentor junior architects and functional consultants, enabling them to deepen their understanding of enterprise architecture, domain modelling, and commercial solution design.

Professional & Technical Skills

Extensive experience as a Commercial Domain Architect or Enterprise Architect within Life Sciences CRM ecosystems.

Strong understanding of Veeva CRM and its commercial capabilities (Accounts, HCP/HCO, CLM, Call Management, Alignment, Medical Events).

Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent).

Ability to define capability maps, domain models, E2E business processes, and target-state architecture for global CRM programs.

Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data flows, and commercial data structures.

Expertise in documenting architecture blueprints, design patterns, principles, and guardrails for cross‑functional delivery teams.

Good To Have Skills

Experience with Vault CRM technical architecture, including object model, access model, and metadata-driven configuration.

Understanding of Salesforce/Veeva coexistence patterns, commercial data flow changes, and SaaS platform transition considerations.

Familiarity with Cloud Data Architecture, commercial analytics, and downstream consumption of CRM data.

Strong understanding of API management, modern event-driven patterns, and integration best practices.

Knowledge of cloud-based integration and application architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS), including microservices and API gateways.

Exposure to data migration approaches, domain data validation, and enterprise MDM solutions for commercial data.

Experience architecting transformations in highly regulated environments (GxP, GDPR, auditability).

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, commercial domain architecture, or large-scale CRM transformation programs.

This position is based in Denmark (Copenhagen or other designated Denmark client/Accenture locations).

A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree aligned with Denmark’s higher-education standards (or equivalent internationally recognized qualification) is required.
