Management Consultant or Manager to our Utilities Industry Consulting group in Denmark

The Utilities Industry Group in Denmark is actively seeking high-performing, experienced Management Consulting profiles with a strong advisory mindset to lead complex client engagements and drive value creation across the Utilities ecosystem.

We advise large organizations on their reinvention journeys, combining deep industry insight with rigorous problem solving. Our work helps clients navigate the transition toward future industry solutions in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.

This role is suited for a driven consulting professional who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys shaping the big picture with executives, and is equally comfortable translating strategy into actionable outcomes.

• Help clients navigate the energy transition with adopting new business models, shaping reinvention strategies, and executing complex technology transformations.
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to help clients enter new markets and drive growth.
• Be at the forefront of applying Generative AI to achieve meaningful results at scale
• Manage projects, facilitate workshops, present analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams
• Shape and execute and large-scale transformation initiatives, going all the way from strategy formulation to value realization
• Contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work
• Strengthen client relationships to sustain Accenture’s profile as a trusted advisor and partner.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering continuous learning and innovation.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Between 3-8 of years of professional experience within consulting and/or industry experience within the utilities sector
• Knowledge of how power markets work and grasp of market trends, incl. a deep understanding of the Danish/Nordic regulatory environment,
• A flair for breaking down problems into logical parts and constructing clear reasoning and analyses, using quantitative analysis methods, statistics & data-driven thinking.
• Energy and drive, a passion for continuous learning and mastering new topics, and an understanding of how forces like digital technologies and the energy transition will shape the future business landscape.
• Effective communication skills and a natural talent in appreciating diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in people.
• A natural ability for building relationships, as well as the ability to communicate well with different stakeholders both internally and externally
• Strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead projects and people. Desire to contribute to the group's development and growth
• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, economics or business administration
• Fluency in English and preferably a Scandinavian language

The position will report to the Utilities Industry Consulting Lead in Denmark and workplace is Copenhagen or Aarhus, Denmark. Interested?
