As a Talent & Organization professional, you will be situated within our Strategy & Consulting practice. We engage in some of the most interesting and challenging projects in the Netherland & Nordics related to how companies enable their people and organization to address future challenges. We specialize in people and through offerings like change management and culture, HR - & talent transformation, and operating model & organization design, we partner with our clients to help them transform their businesses through the power of technology and the scale of our capabilities.

Talent & Organization in Accenture is currently looking for a Management Consultant to support within our Change Management offering. We are searching for new talent to join us in helping our clients in areas like:

  • Develop value-led, adaptable change strategies that connect directly to business priorities and outcomes.
  • Co-create change solutions with client stakeholders, facilitating workshops that build ownership, psychological safety and commitment to new ways of working.
  • Design and deliver human-centered change journeys.
  • Develop and coordinate training plans, materials and learning journeys to enable end users and leaders to adopt new processes, tools, and behaviors.
  • Develop targeted engagement and communication plans that make complex change simple and desirable for relevant audiences.
  • Assess change impacts of large-scale transformations and translate findings into clear implications and recommended interventions.
  • Measure change readiness and adoption by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to generate actionable insights and adapt interventions in real time.

As a consultant in the Talent & Organization team, you will collaborate with our clients to solve their toughest issues, realize their most promising opportunities, and deliver real results.

Our consulting practice is focused on supporting and delivering transformation programs of the largest companies/public sector institutions in the Netherland & Nordics. In addition, you will work with building and managing client relationships, business development and a skillset to become an innovative leader of tomorrow. Through your project experiences combined with Accenture’s best-practice methodologies, you will further develop your toolbox and skillset to become a future subject matter expert within your area of passion.

About you:

You have a relevant background in business/organizational development either from management consulting, or in-house from a medium-to-large-scale company. You are passionate about the people side of business and are motivated to build your subject matter expertise within Talent & Organization by continuously learning, expanding your internal and external networks, and refining your unique perspective.

You are motivated to build trusted client relationships and work together with clients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams with diverse cultures, skillsets, and perspectives. You have good skills in self-leadership, can balance and prioritize your own work, and most importantly are a great colleague to work with!

Skill Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, this could for instance be within large-scale transformation programs, organizational change management, or people-focused initiatives.
  • Previous management consulting experience and solid consulting skills are seen as a strength, but not a prerequisite
  • Relevant master’s degree (e.g. business administration, psychology, people development)
  • Proficiency and confidence working in English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, AI, and understands its impact on business and society
  • Drive; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results
  • Client-oriented mindset and interest in participating in business and solution development
