Senior Digital Project Manager

Drive meaningful change

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you play a key role in shaping and executing complex digital initiatives across the organization. You ensure that solution designs align with the Digital strategy, with a strong preference for ERP‑centric solutions using standard functionality, extended where needed with low‑code or custom development.

You act as a senior execution lead and trusted sparring partner to the Head of Digital Strategy & Projects, shaping project disciplines, methodologies, and execution standards. At the same time, you maintain hands‑on ownership of delivery, contributing structure, governance, and perspective to roadmap and portfolio discussions while bridging strategy and execution across business and technology.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead large‑scale, complex digital initiatives across business and operational areas

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Digital‑owned initiatives, acting as Project Manager or Technical Lead as needed

• Define scope, plans, budgets, resources, and delivery approach with full accountability

• Ensure solutions align with Digital strategy, prioritizing ERP‑centric and standard functionality

• Contribute to portfolio and roadmap management, balancing strategy, capacity, and priorities

• Apply and evolve project governance, methodologies, and best practices

• Act as a bridge between business, users, and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies

• Support testing, training, handover, post‑project reviews, and mentor junior project managers

Your profile

You are a senior digital project manager who combines strategic perspective with strong delivery capability, comfortable leading complex initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders from concept through execution.

Additionally, we imagine that you’ll have:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage)

• 8+ years of experience in digital project and/or portfolio management within complex IT or transformation environments

• Experience from a management or technology consulting background combined with hands‑on delivery roles in an internal organization is a strong advantage

• Proven end‑to‑end project management capability, including scoping, planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery in ERP‑centric digital landscapes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences

• A structured, pragmatic, and resilient mindset, able to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in complex environments
