Power Platform Owner / Developer

Drive meaningful change

As our Power Platform Owner / Developer, you play a pivotal role in accelerating our digital transformation and shaping how Microsoft Power Platform is used across the organization. You are the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating ideas and requirements into secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions that create real operational value.

You own the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions; from understanding business needs and analyzing requirements to development, deployment, and continuous improvement. At the same time, you define and evolve the platform roadmap, governance model, and environment strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while enabling innovation and empowerment.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between business and IT, capturing requests, translating needs into development tasks, and ensuring transparency throughout the lifecycle

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and integrations in close collaboration with Digital Integrations, Enterprise Applications, and cross‑functional teams

• Own and continuously evolve the Power Platform roadmap, governance framework, and environment strategy, ensuring alignment with architectural, security, and compliance standards

• Monitor platform usage, capacity, and licensing to drive cost‑efficient, value‑based operations

• Enable and support citizen developers through guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing, while staying current on Power Platform updates and best practices

Your profile

You are an experienced Power Platform professional who combines hands‑on development skills with a strong sense of ownership and governance. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT and can balance structure with flexibility as the platform and organization evolve.

Additionally, we imagine that you’ll have:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Strong practical experience with Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages, including integrations using standard and custom connectors

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services (e.g. Azure Storage Accounts)

• Solid understanding of platform administration, including environment management, DLP policies, security, and data governance

• Ability to design secure, scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions, with experience contributing to governance frameworks or platform strategy considered an advantage

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• A high degree of ownership, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and balance governance with empowerment

• A problem‑solving and strategic mindset, with experience supporting or coaching users at different technical levels and adapting as the organization evolves

You will join the Integrations & Power Platform team, working alongside integration developers, CRM consultants, ERP delivery team, software engineers, and web application developers across Denmark, the Netherlands, and Hungary. You will collaborate closely with Digital Application teams and stakeholders across the organization, as well as external partners and software providers.
