As our new Portfolio & Value Lead, you will play a pivotal role in governing our enterprise transformation portfolio and ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable business impact.

Working closely with CEMT and Finance Business Partners, you will enable fact-based prioritization, strengthen financial transparency, and ensure that strategic investments deliver tangible outcomes. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing clarity on trade-offs, risks, and value realization across Business Units and Functions.

You will lead the Portfolio & Value setup within a focused portfolio branch consisting of you and one Portfolio Analyst. From here, you will collaborate closely with Business Unit Sponsors, Project Managers, and enabling functions across the organization.

A key part of your success will be your ability to build strong, trust-based partnerships with CEMT members and Finance Business Partners. Together, you will ensure well-informed executive decisions. You will act as the enterprise integrator – creating a clear line of sight from strategy to execution and benefit realization.

In this role, you will:

•Own and evolve the enterprise portfolio governance model, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial priorities

•Plan and facilitate the monthly Gate and Portfolio Review cadence with CEMT, preparing high-quality decision materials and enabling clear trade-off discussions

•Establish and lead a robust benefits, value realization and resource management framework in collaboration with Finance and Business Owners

•Maintain a transparent single source of truth across the portfolio, including dashboards, risk assessments, and capacity views

•Provide constructive challenge to sponsors and senior stakeholders to safeguard portfolio balance and value delivery

•Identify cross-initiative risks and interdependencies and drive timely escalations to CEMT

•Lead, develop, and inspire one Portfolio Analyst, fostering a culture of fact-based, collaborative excellence

Fuel for your success in the role

We imagine that you bring:

•5+ years of experience within enterprise portfolio management,Transformation Office, strategy execution, or large-scale program leadership

•Proven experience working closely with executive leadership and Finance in value-driven portfolio environments

•Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand assumptions and business impact analysis

•Advanced business education (MBA or equivalent) is preferred; relevant certifications such as PfMP, MoP, or IPMA are an advantage

•Expert facilitation and executive communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders

•Experience with portfolio tooling and data environments (Excel, Power BI, PPM suites)

•A structured, collaborative mindset combined with integrity and the courage to challenge constructively

•A strong bias toward value realization, transparency, and enterprise-wide impact
