Learning & Development Specialist

We are seeking to appoint a Learning & Development Specialist to join the HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders in production, maintenance, engineering and health & safety, to deliver the site’s L&D objectives. The role reports directly to the HR Manager and comes with a level of autonomy, allowing the successful candidate to develop the role. You will also enjoy the challenge of competency assessment, building learning solutions that close critical gaps in knowledge, skills and behaviors.
