The ERP organization is in transformation so you will be part of establishing the processes and working methods. Primarily you will govern the development pipeline and effectively coach the teams. You will lead two sub teams: application specialists and system developers. This includes balancing the allocation of internal and external resources to ensure the effective delivery of technical change, config, development and troubleshooting support cases.
