At GXN, we're seeking a passionate and skilled specialist dedicated to crafting environments that foster human well-being and community by bridging between behavioural/social science and design. If you have a knack for blending insights with creativity and are eager to keep honing your skills in behavioural design, we want to meet you.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design. Degrees in related social sciences will also be considered if other criteria are met.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in relevant practice.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated interest and expertise in human-centred and experience-driven design.
  • Strong analytical thinking and concept development skills.
  • High level of creativity with strong visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working on or contributing to research projects.
  • Educational or professional qualifications in social and behavioural sciences, or related fields
  • Experience in masterplan and urban design projects.
  • Accreditation with social sustainability certifications (such as WELL), along with familiarity with ESG frameworks and principles.
  • Skills and experience in co-design and workshop facilitation, interior space planning, and social sustainability.

What we offer

Experience working in our core team and contributing directly to the development of our projects in a rich range of scales, typologies, formats and locations. You will work with architects, behavioural designers, circular design specialists, engineers and even an anthropologist. You will work with a range of exciting tools and processes, from material innovation to master plans, from forensic material studies to co-design workshops, developing unique and valuable skills.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The deadline to apply is July 1st, but early applications are encouraged, as we will interview on a rolling basis.
