Product Lead

We are looking for a Product Lead to drive the product strategy and product management for our CAD software portfolio used to design dental treatments in dental labs and clinics, while also playing a key role in strengthening our product practices, collaboration, and product culture.

About the Role

This role combines product vision, strategic ownership, and commercial impact. You will define the long-term product strategy, ensure strong customer understanding across the product team and help elevate product thinking and practices across the organization.

As a Product Lead at 3Shape, you will work at the intersection of technology, design, and clinical workflows. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive, efficient, and elegant solutions for dental professionals around the world. At the same time, you will drive product success by ensuring strong alignment with our commercial organization, enabling effective go-to-market, adoption, and customer value realization.

What You’ll Do

• Define the long-term product vision and strategy, including key trade-offs between innovation and legacy workflow optimization

• Develop a deep understanding of target users and ground decisions in customer insight

• Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, field visits and product insights

• Define an outcome-driven roadmap balancing commercial drivers, innovation, reliability and technical debt

• Ensure the commercial success of the product by aligning closely with sales, marketing, and other commercial functions

• Translate product strategy into effective go-to-market, strong adoption, and customer value.

• Drive strong collaboration between product, UX, and engineering to deliver aligned, user-centered solutions

• Mentor and coach product managers, acting as a role model for product thinking, discovery, and strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in product management within complex software products

• Experience defining product strategy and leading roadmap decisions

• Strong ability to understand professional user workflows and translate them into product strategy

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working closely with engineering and UX teams in agile environments

• Ability to balance customer needs, technical complexity, and commercial impact in prioritization decisions

• Experience orchestrating commercial success through strong collaboration with sales, marketing and other commercial functions

• Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers.

Bonus Points

• Experience with 3D/CAD software, dental or medical software

• Experience in dental, medical, or other healthcare technology

• Experience with regulated software environments

You’ll report into the Senior Director of Product, Lab & Studios and work closely with other product managers, designers, engineers, and subject matter experts. The role is based in our headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen by Kongens Nytorv.
