ERP Project Manager

3Shape is embarking on a major ERP transformation program, and we are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and drive key functional workstreams within our Finance area. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operational capabilities through a modern ERP platform.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an ERP Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage multiple functional and/or technical delivery tracks within 3Shape’s ERP transformation program.

• Collaborate closely with junior/senior business stakeholders, IT teams, and external Implementation Partner to ensure successful delivery

• Align cross-functional teams around shared goals, manage milestones, and guide agile teams through all project phases.

• Track and communicate project advancements, while recognizing and addressing potential risks and issues early on.

• Encourage a culture of continuous enhancement in how projects are carried out and how stakeholders are engaged.

• Ensure clear definition and alignment of project objectives, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.

You’ll be part of a global ERP transformation program, collaborating program team as well as project manager peers inside and outside the program.

Experience & Skills

• An understanding of technology that complements robust commercial and operational awareness.

• 3+ years of project management experience, with a solid project management toolbox.

• Experience within ERP programs, preferably with Finance, is an advantage.

• Experience working with agile teams and methodologies.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for fruitful collaboration across all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with business applications and SaaS platforms.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
