The Customer Experience & Engagement Team in 3Shape is a global team with the strategic responsibility to deliver on customer training, education, clinical consultancy, support and success. And we are looking for a customer experience and education program manager to join our Global Academy and Clinical Consultancy team.

In this role, you’ll be leading our efforts to deliver our strategic priorities within the area of education and clinical consultancy. Your mission? To support management detailing the strategic initiatives, to eventually design and deliver impactful programs that empower digital dentistry professionals and elevate patient care worldwide.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 3-4 years’ experience in developing strategic initiatives around customer experience and customer engagement preferably from a commercial role in MedTech or biotech

  • Has strategy and project management experience

  • Curious and able to think outside the box and brings fresh ideas to the table

  • Loves collaborating in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where customer needs and understanding drives everything we do

Essential job duties:

Developing strategic initiatives

  • Work closely together with management to develop our strategic initiatives within customer services, such as education and clinical consultancy

Project lead and manage specific strategic projects

  • Act as project lead and manager on the development, implementation and program maintenance on specific strategic projects, such as our customer onboarding, training and education offerings programs

  • Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to develop programs and offerings

In the area of Customer Experience and Engagement we strive to build growth opportunities, and therefore the role, responsibilities and activities may change over time, as you and the area grow and mature.

Required competencies:

  • Strategic thinking: Ensures a strategic focus within the initiatives of Global Academy and Clinical Consultancy, and ensures a tight link to the broader strategic initiatives in CXE and 3Shape

  • Customer orientation: Maintains commitment to customers and colleagues, provides them with a positive and supportive experience. Collaborative with a high level of engagement and customer service

  • Project management experience, with attention to detail and organization: Ensures structured project management, keeps detailed records, information, and organizes it in such a way that supports the organization and customers’ needs

  • Educational program and stakeholder management: Experience contributing to or managing educational or training programs, with knowledge of program lifecycle, governance, and continuous improvement. Ensures smooth collaboration across teams, through great stakeholder management; proactively ensures team and CXE leadership is up to date, and supports activities and initiatives through active and conscious communications

  • Performance management: Maintains structure and records of results; collaborates with, and reports to CXE leadership as needed

  • Dental industry experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite
